Our Board of Directors and Executive Directors come together with a shared commitment to support Children's Hope Foster Family Agency (a 25-year-old 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has supported over 7,000 foster youth in California) to date (January 2026).
Formed to address unforeseen expenses to foster youth, resource parents and the agency, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of foster children and underserved families in our community.
The Children's Hope Family Foundation extends its support to those in need, envisioning that every child has access to essential resources.
Our Board Members and Executive Directors are within a two-hour radius of Gridley, where the foster family agency was established in 2000.
OUR REACH
Children’s Hope Family Foundation operates in various locations in Northern California. Roseville, Gridley, and Yuba City are the primary office locations of the Executive Directors.

The strength of our board lies in our rich and diverse backgrounds, which provide a comprehensive view of the challenges faced by our communities:

Lived Experience: several members offer authentic, firsthand insight from personal histories within the foster care system or underserved communities

Professional Expertise: our board includes leaders from non-profit management, finance, legal services, education, and social work, enhancing our strategic planning and oversight

One of Efren's closest childhood friends was a foster child. Efren had no idea of the foster system as a child, and admires the love and support that his friend's Resource Parents gave him.

Efren grew up in Gridley, CA and now resides in Rocklin, CA. Yuba & Sutter County are both areas we focus our support within too.
